Open Level Class
Day/Time : Tuesdays, 10am - 11:10am, Wednesdays, 6pm - 7:10pm and Thursdays, 7pm - 8.10pm
Maximum Number: 10 people per class.
My Adult Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of ability. We will be going through a vinyasa/dynamic flow of poses; exploring and moving to the rhythm of the breath and practising basic postures that are linked in a flowing sequence. There will be a focus on alignment with options for more challenging poses, and variations with the use of props. Each session will end with a guided relaxation to help you come back to the breath and fully relax.

It is very easy to use and you'll be able to purchase class-packs, where Yoga classes will be at a discounted price. Alternatively, you can contact me to inform me that you would like to attend a class and pay by cash on the day. Drop-ins are welcome, however priority will be given to those who have pre-booked online in advance.
Parent & Child Yoga Classes

Location : Muswell Hill Baptist Church
Maximum Number : 6 pairs per class.
Ages: 4 years -10 years
Description: Parent and child yoga classes gives you an opportunity to share a beautiful bond with your child through doing Yoga. The session includes fun yoga poses for stability, strength, flexibility and confidence, and breathing techniques to release anxiety and nervousness. We end the session with a relaxation, focusing on the breath and finding inner stillness.
What will I need to bring?
- Yoga mats will be provided for both adults and children. The child's Yoga mats we use are environmentally friendly and latex free. However, feel free to bring your own mats if you wish.
- You and your child should ideally come to the Yoga class wearing jogging bottoms/leggings and a t-shirt.
What will the classes be like?
- You and your child will learn traditional postures and breathing techniques whilst having lots of fun!
- Classes include music, yoga games and activities. Activities will include movement, rhymes and stories, games and simple breath work.
- Guided relaxation using meditation stories and relaxation techniques appropriate to children.
- The class will be 70 minutes long.
- There will be no chanting, religious references or elements of any kind during the Yoga sessions.
Child Yoga / After-School Classes
The structure of my Child Yoga sessions mirrors that of my Adult Yoga classes, but they are devised to be child-friendly and fun (...even more fun!). I incorporate lots of different stories and games into the activities that engage the children's interests and help them to understand better the asanas they are learning.
My experience of working in the education sector as a Primary School Teacher has shown me how beneficial Yoga can be for children and young people. Today, more so than ever before, children are under immense pressure, both academically and socially, and this can negatively affect their wellbeing, self-esteem, and stress levels; all of which are things that I have seen first-hand. With this in mind, practicing Yoga can provide children with some inner peace and mental clarity away from their hectic daily routine.
Yoga helps to encourage children to move their bodies in a non-stressful and non-competitive atmosphere, and it helps to develop focus and concentration, improve flexibility, strength and balance. Yoga can also allow children to develop an understanding and awareness of how their bodies move and breathe. The quiet, focused and unhurried nature of Yoga practice can encourage qualities that assist children in coping with their busy lives.
I am running After-School Yoga classes at a number of schools in North London, however I am also available for private child Yoga sessions.
Private / One-to-One Yoga Sessions
While I would love you to come and join one of my regular classes, I understand that some people may prefer a private one-to-one Yoga session. That could be because you need to practice at a more convenient time or location, or you would prefer to practice in a more private setting, either just you by yourself, or with a partner or a few friends. I will tailor the session to suit your needs for what you want to work on (e.g. flexibility, balance, relaxation, etc.).
One of the benefits of a private session is that you will receive much more personal attention, allowing me to really focus on the specific aspects of your practise you want to develop, so this is great for beginners and people new to Yoga.
I am currently based in North London, but am happy to travel further if required. Please feel free to contact me for more information about arranging a private one-to-one session.
